time for any repair, emergency and or client request. From – Biometric & QR code clock-in, photo &

Training
We take great pride in our training systems. As a base of knowledge, our employees receive in-depth quality control
and systems training with industry leading professionals. Before being placed in the field, our staff receive
in-depth training on situation management, conflict resolution, etiquette and relationship building, to name
a few. From day one of the on-boarding process staff is immersed into Cleaning Concierge’s customer-oriented
culture and training, ensuring each individual has the tools they need to make the right decisions while performing
